Motorcycle Accidents

Similar to car accident claims, motorcycle accident claims involve situations in which a motorcycle is involved in an accident that causes harm, which can include everything from property damage to physical injury to death. Negligence on the part of one of the riders or drivers involved can typically be discovered through facts in the police report, eyewitness testimony, photographs, and sketches from the site of the accident. To prove negligence in a motorcycle accident claim, the plaintiff (the person suing) must show three things: (1) someone’s carelessness caused the motorcycle accident, (2) the motorcycle accident caused harm, and (3) the party at fault is responsible for paying compensation to the affected party.
