Mass Accidents

Mass accident claims address situations in which a person is caused harm while using some form of public transportation or “common carrier.” These forms of public transportation include buses, limousines, taxis, trains, airplanes, moving sidewalks, elevators, ski lifts, amusement park rides, and more. Many factors can contribute to mass accidents, but negligence is typically the main contributing factor. Employees are agents of the “common carrier” and the “common carrier” can be held responsible for the negligence of its agents in the case of an accident.
